Why Reeva exists
Buying your first home should not mean choosing between a fair price and a good build. Too often it does. Reeva Properties was started to close that gap: homes priced for real salaries, in places with room to grow, made the way a careful developer makes them.
We build for first-home buyers, for families taking their next step, and for salaried professionals who want a sensible home near work. Most of you are juggling a loan, a budget and a hundred questions. Our job is to make the home the easy part.
What we stand for

Reeva is the residential homes brand of SUYUG Infra, a Bengaluru developer. SUYUG Infra launched as a brand in 2023, building on a development journey that began earlier, and launched Reeva in 2026.
Backed by SUYUG Infra: 4 Mn sq ft delivered, 1.5 Mn sq ft under development. For you, that means a Reeva home is planned and built by the same engineering team, to the same material checks, with the same habit of delivering what was promised. Reeva is new; the people and the practice behind it are not.
Our first project
The Shalott Marque is Reeva’s project at S Medihalli on Sarjapur–Attibele Road: 54 2 and 3 BHK homes on 0.75 acres, registered with K-RERA. Price on request.
