reevaproperties.com is run by SUYUG Infra for its homes brand, Reeva Properties (“Reeva”, “we”). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. Information, not an offer

Everything on this site is general information to help you learn about our homes and about buying a home. It is not an offer, a promise or a contract. The only binding terms are those in a registered agreement for sale between you and the developer.

2. Project details and RERA

The Shalott Marque is registered with the Karnataka Real Estate Regulatory Authority (K-RERA) under number PRM/KA/RERA/1251/308/PR/180826/008871. The registered details on the K-RERA portal, rera.karnataka.gov.in, and your agreement for sale take precedence over anything on this site. Plans, specifications and amenities may change as permitted by law and the approvals.

3. Prices

We do not publish prices on this site. Price is on request, and is confirmed only in a written cost sheet and your agreement.

4. Images

Some images are artist’s impressions, renders or illustrative interiors. Furniture, fittings and landscaping shown may not be part of the home.

5. Calculators and guides

Our calculators, such as the EMI calculator, and our guides and blog give estimates and general explanations. They are not financial, legal or tax advice. Rates, duties and rules change; check with your bank, a lawyer or a tax adviser before you decide.

6. Your enquiries

Please give true details when you enquire, and only your own. How we use them is set out in our privacy policy.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break in, overload it, scrape it in bulk, submit spam or upload harmful code.

8. Our content

The text, images, logos and design on this site belong to SUYUG Infra or its licensors. You may share links and quote small parts with credit, but please do not copy or reuse them commercially without written permission.

9. Other websites

We link to other sites, such as suyug.com, Google Maps, WhatsApp, banks and government portals. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Limits of liability

We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it is always error-free or online. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from relying on the site’s general information instead of your agreement and professional advice. Nothing here limits rights you have under RERA or consumer law.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach K-RERA or a consumer forum.
