Privacy policy

This policy explains, in plain words, what personal data we collect on reevaproperties.com, why, and what choices you have. It is written with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the DPDP Act) in mind.

1. Who we are

Reeva Properties (“Reeva”, “we”) is a residential homes brand of SUYUG Infra. SUYUG Infra is the Data Fiduciary for personal data collected through this website, which means it decides why and how that data is used. 2. What we collect

• What you tell us when you fill in an enquiry, brochure, callback or site-visit form: usually your name, phone number and, if you choose, email and a message or preferred visit time.
• How you found us: campaign tags in the link you clicked (such as UTM codes or ad click IDs), the page you enquired from, and the time. We store this in a small first-party cookie so we know which ad or page helped you.
• Basic technical data your browser sends, such as device type and approximate location from your IP address, used for security and spam control.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, bank or card details through this site.

3. Your consent

When you submit a form, you agree to this statement shown beside the button:

I authorise REEVA representatives to contact me about my enquiry via Email/SMS/WhatsApp/Call. This will override DND/NDNC.

Your consent is for the purpose of answering your enquiry about our homes. You can withdraw it at any time (see section 7). Withdrawing does not affect anything we did lawfully before you withdrew.

4. How we use your data

• To call, message or email you about your enquiry, a site visit or the brochure.
• To share prices, cost sheets and updates about the project you asked about.
• To understand which pages and campaigns work, so we spend less on the ones that don’t.
• To prevent spam and misuse of our forms.
• To meet legal duties, such as tax or regulatory records.

5. Who we share it with

Your enquiry goes into SUYUG Infra’s customer system, which the Reeva sales team uses. We use trusted service providers to run it, for example website hosting, database, telephony, messaging and email services. They process data only on our instructions. If you apply for a home loan, we share details with your chosen bank only when you ask us to. We may disclose data if the law requires it. We never sell your data.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as it is useful to help you with your enquiry and any purchase, and then delete or anonymise it, unless a law requires us to keep it longer. If you ask us to erase it, we will, subject to those legal requirements.

7. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you can:

• ask what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
• ask us to correct, complete or update it;
• ask us to erase it;
• withdraw your consent;
• nominate someone to act for you if you are unable to; and
• raise a grievance with us, and then with the Data Protection Board of India.

Email info@suyug.com with the subject “Privacy request”. We will reply within a reasonable time and in any case within the period the law sets.

8. Do Not Disturb

By submitting the form you ask us to contact you even if your number is on the national Do Not Disturb (DND/NDNC) register. This applies only to your enquiry, and you can ask us to stop at any time.

9. Cookies

We use a small first-party cookie to remember how you reached us (campaign tags). You can clear or block cookies in your browser; the site will still work.

10. Security

Forms are sent over an encrypted connection, and access to enquiry data is limited to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care, and we will tell you and the authorities if a breach affects you, as the law requires.

11. Children

This site is meant for adults buying a home. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

12. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update it here with a new date. Please also read our terms of use.
