A community of 54 2 and 3 BHK apartments on 0.75 acres at S Medihalli, on Sarjapur–Attibele Road in Bengaluru, by Reeva Properties.
Is it a low-density project?
Yes. 54 homes on 0.75 acres keeps it neighbourly: fewer families sharing each lift, lobby and garden.
Can I see the floor plans?
Yes. Ask for the brochure on the project page and it opens straight away.
Who builds it?
Reeva Properties, the homes brand of SUYUG Infra, with SUYUG’s engineering and materials standard behind it.

Price and paperwork
What is the price?
Price is on request. We share a written cost sheet for the exact home you like, with every charge shown separately.
What is the K-RERA number?
PRM/KA/RERA/1251/308/PR/180826/008871. You can check it on the K-RERA portal, rera.karnataka.gov.in.
How much is the booking amount?
Under RERA, a builder cannot take more than 10% of the home’s cost as an advance before signing a registered agreement for sale. The team will explain the exact amount for your home.
What other costs should I plan for?
Usually GST (on under-construction homes), stamp duty, registration and some one-time charges. Try our stamp duty calculator.

Home loans
Can I buy with a home loan?
Yes, most buyers do. Your bank checks the project’s papers and your eligibility before sanctioning the loan.
How much will my EMI be?
It depends on the loan amount, interest rate and tenure. Our EMI calculator works it out in seconds.
How much can I borrow?
Banks look mainly at your income and current EMIs. The eligibility calculator gives a rough figure. If your household income is modest, check PMAY-Urban 2.0 for an interest subsidy.

When will the homes be ready?
The project is ongoing. The team will share the current construction stage and the K-RERA registered timeline when you enquire.
