How we can help
Most people get in touch for one of three reasons: to ask the price of a home at The Shalott Marque, to book a site visit, or to talk through a first-home question. All three are welcome, and none of them commits you to anything.
- Price. Price is on request. Tell us the home you are interested in and we will send a written cost sheet with every charge listed.
- Site visit. We will fix a time that suits you, weekends included. The site is at S Medihalli on Sarjapur–Attibele Road — see it on Google Maps.
- Advice. Loans, paperwork, RERA, GST: ask away. Our first-home guide and FAQ may already have the answer.
Visits to the office are easiest by appointment, so please call ahead and we will make sure someone who can answer your questions is there.
